
Having successfully completed (with Distinction!) a Level 3 IT Apprenticeship here at Skunkworks IT, Alfie has embarked on a role with the service desk at Skunkworks.
The first point of contact for all IT queries and issues, Alfie acts as the friendly face of Skunkworks IT, part of the team logging and managing every request, keeping users updated, and resolving issues where possible. With a strong customer focus and a broad IT knowledge base, Alfie ensures nothing gets missed and support runs smoothly.
